OUR SHIPPING POLICY
How We Do It
Orders will ship within 1-2 days and most shipments are next day. If your shipment requires dry ice, we will have to charge additional fees depending on delivery location. Please contact us directly if you are needing help with confirming shipping on your order. Our direct phone number is at the bottom of this page.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
How It Works
Due to the nature of our products no cash refunds are made. If you receive your shipment and aren’t satisfied please take a photo of the package and the product and write a detailed explanation of why your requesting a replacement to Rashel@okieskiesandfireflies.com.
We will be happy to replace and item received damage or unsatisfactory for other reasons. You must submit your request within 48-72 hours after receiving your shipment.
For in person pick up and deliveries. Please contact Rashel at (918) 886-2561 and arrange a time/day and place to replace unsatisfactory item. Must contact within 24-72 hours after receiving product. Exchanges made me made for other products if desired. You will need to return unwanted product.
